Privacy

My work might be publicly done during my streams. If the client wants to keep the production secret, an extra 50% fee will be added.

Adjustments/Fixes Policy

The Client is Entitled to a Maximum of 3 Revisions of the Delivered Track

The client must ensure to specify all the minor details (such as mixing, mastering, and effects) that they would like to be modified.

Modifying the composition (such as harmony and melody) or recordings while on the mixing/mastering phase will not be considered as minor details and will not classify as a revision, but rather as a new commission entirely.

Rules and Boundaries

1. I will not sample, resample, rearrange, or remix music from a third party unless a license is included in the initial proposal. The client must arrange for and disclose the license to me (Luis Vasquez).

   1. If the client wants a remix or rearrangement of a third-party work, it can be arranged, but with limited usage and liability.

2. I will not deliver my DAW sessions (.rpp or other formats). However, project bones or stems can be delivered with special arrangements.

3. Upon delivery, the client will be granted a limited usage license. The copyright, performing rights, synchronization and master use rights for the commission may belong partially or entirely to Luis Vasquez, depending on the case. Different licensing rights can be arranged with clearance and special payments and royalties.

4. You are not permitted to upload the commission to music distribution platforms, including but not limited to: streaming services (Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, etc.), music stores (Bandcamp, iTunes, Amazon Music), radio, TV, cinema, physical releases, software (including video games), or content match services (YouTube’s Content ID). In case special licensing and agreement is required, it can be discussed.

5. The commissioned work may never be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in that space.

Copyrights

The client will receive a license to use the commissioned work ONLY in their social media and multimedia streaming platforms accounts including: YouTube (video and livestream), Twitch (Livestream and VOD), Instagram, Facebook (Live or Video), TikTok and similar, including monetized channels.

The authorship, copyright and title will be retained on Luis Vasquez and the client can not use the elements outside the disclosed sites in the agreement.

The client can not sublicense or allow the usage of the commissioned media to 3rd parties without express written permission by the copyright owner (Luis Vasquez).

A detailed license agreement will be disclosed before the final delivery of the commissioned work.

Payment

For new customers, the payment is 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery. 
For returning customers, divided payments can be arranged upon request.

Payment methods: PayPal, Bank transfer, other payment methods can be discussed. Art trade is not being accepted at the moment.

Delivery

Format

The audio will be delivered in a single uncompressed WAVE format (.wav) file, 48khz/24 bits, mastered. A .mp3 or .flac file can be also delivered at no extra cost.

For instrumentals, a non-mastered version will also be included.

Communication

The client can choose between E-mail, Discord DM or Twitter DM.
